How does pricing work, and what does each service start at?
Your exact price depends on your home, but the honest starting points are holiday lighting from $850, permanent LED from $2,500, and landscape lighting from $3,500. Every quote comes with a mockup of your home lit and there is no deposit just to see it.
What is permanent LED, and where does it actually mount?
Permanent LED is a slim track of small, individually-addressable LED points mounted under your eaves along the roof edge, pointing down to cast a soft wash of light on the facade. It is installed once, tucks up under the eave where it is barely visible by day, and you control it all from your phone.
Can permanent LED change colors for different holidays?
Yes. Most nights it runs a clean warm white that reads like crisp under-eave downlighting, and any night you want, the same track turns any color for any holiday or event from your phone, orange for Halloween, red white and blue for the Fourth, your team's colors on game day, or a full Christmas display. It can even run gentle motion.
Do you take the holiday lights down and store them?
Yes, takedown is included in every holiday job, so we remove the whole display at the end of the season and clear the site. If you want it kept for next year, we will label and store it for you as an easy add-on.
